We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (via PayPal) and PayPal payments.  All are only accepted from "Confirmed Addresses". If paying by PayPal, please make sure your account is up to date and reflects your address as "Confirmed". Your payment will be denied if your address is "Unconfirmed".

Shipping

Now you can enjoy Free Ground Shipping on all purchases of $99.00 or more for delivery within the contiguous United States. In a hurry? You can also select Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day shipping options at nominal costs  Supportsrus.com currently ships with both UPS (The United Parcel Service) and the United States Postal Service. Orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm ship the following business day. Shipping times vary depending on ship-to location. Most items are delivered within 5-7 business days.

Alternate Shipping Addresses are allowed but may be subject to further verification. Unfortunately, there is a lot of credit card fraud on the internet, and to protect our customers as well as our store, we will call customers who provide alternate shipping addresses for further verification. You may be requested to add the alternate shipping address to your credit card account before your purchase ships.

Shipping cost is generated based on the products in your shopping cart and your Ship-to zip code. Simply add the items you want to your cart by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button.  If applicable, select your size, from the drop down box, and click the “Add to Cart” button.  When complete, click the “CHECKOUT” button.  Once the remaining information is entered, including your full address and zip code, the site will calculate your shipping options and costs. There is no handling fee. This is a Real Time Shipping Calculator designed to give you real time rates from both UPS and USPS based on where you ship to and the weight or dimension of your order BEFORE you enter our Secure checkout. This feature works for United States addresses only

Products with Free Shipping option:

• Free UPS Ground Shipping applies only to customers with street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Sorry, No Post Office Boxes, FPO/APO addresses, US commonwealths or territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International customers.
• Please do not select Free Shipping if you do not reside in, or are shipping to one of the 48 contiguous states. Orders will not be released if appropriate shipping charges are not paid. Customers will then be charged for shipping accordingly
• You must choose the Free Shipping option during checkout. Refunds cannot be given for shipping charges once checkout is complete.

Returns

Supportsrus.com will take every care to make sure shopping with us is a pleasant experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of shipment for a credit or refund. Refunds are given in the form of a business check. We do not credit back credit cards or PayPal.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges both ways.

All returned items must be in new, resalable condition, with all packaging materials and paperwork included. Items returned in poor condition may be subject to a restocking charge.

Items returned past the 14-day return period will be given website credit. Items returned after 21 days will be handled in a case by case manner.

Supportsrus.com is responsible for shipping charges on mis-shipments, damaged or defective merchandise.

Return Instructions:

• Return package via insured US Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex in a sturdy box with indestructible packing tape. C.O.D.'s will not be accepted.
• Include a copy of your original invoice along with a note with purchaser's name, address, and date of purchase, reason for return, and any instruction for exchange.

Warranty Issues

Manufacturer Policies on warranties vary and are valid for US Customers only. In general, Manufacturer warranties cover Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Damage to products from misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, damage from accidents, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

All freight costs are not covered under any warranty. The customer is responsible for these costs.
